HOW TO PLAY:

Register at http://www.ScratchLotto You will be asked to provide your real first and last name, e-mail address, postal code and cell phone. It is your responsibility to update these addresses should there be any changes. This can be done if you go to " Your Information" page.

To enter the ScratchLotto contest, you will need to open the ScratchLotto window that displays a ScratchLotto scratch card. Each registered user of ScratchLotto will be provided a two free scratch cards everyday. When you are notified via e-mail as a potential winner you must respond with your entry and all requested information. Your information must match the information in our database before a prize will be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information in our database will govern. Entries will be deemed made by the person whose information was given in the registration process. The Contest Period for the ScratchLotto scratch cards begins at the start of every ScratchLotto day and closes at the end of every ScratchLotto day.


HOW THE SCRATCHLOTTO GAME IS PLAYED:

Each player will get one scratch card, per day, per friend that is registered and listed under the “friends list”. They are given the chance to scratch all registered cards within a 24-hour period. If none or some of those cards are not played by the registered user, they then are forfeited and are no longer valid.


ELIGIBILITY:

This promotion is open to everyone, at least 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Principals, employees and ex-employees of ScratchLotto, Bracketmedia and all respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each are not eligible.


SCRATCH CARD PRIZES:

Matching 3 like symbols reveled by a registered user of ScratchLotto is awarded a prize. A prize is also awarded to the winning scratch card registered creator within the ScratchLotto Network. If a registered user has been determined, a winner he can only be eligible and awarded one prize in a ScratchLotto calendar week. Once he has won a prize he is not eligible to win again for 168 hours, one ScratchLotto week. Websites or Business using ScratchLotto scratch cards are not eligible and are considered affiliates of ScratchLotto. ScratchLotto reserves the right to add, change or cancel a contest or prize at anytime. All prizes will be awarded within sixty to one hundred and twenty days of validation of winner. No other prizes will be awarded. ScratchLotto reserves the right to substituted any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.. No substitution or transfer of prizes. Taxes are the responsibility of winners.


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Terms which are final on all matters pertaining to ScratchLotto. ScratchLotto is governed by the laws of the United States.

All Winners must respond to an e-mail or certified postal mail within seven (7) days of attempted notification, or prize will be forfeited. Prize winners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Publicity Release within seven (7) days following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period will result in disqualification. Only one user account is allowed per individual. Anyone found holding multiple ScratchLotto. accounts will be disqualified from winning and any prize will not be awarded. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Winners or potential winners further grant to ScratchLotto and Sponsors the right but not the obligation to use and publish their proper name, home city and state and the prize won online and in print, or any other media, in connection with ScratchLotto. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for ScratchLotto and Sponsors and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless ScratchLotto and Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.


CONDUCT:

By entering ScratchLotto, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the ScratchLotto website throughout the contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects. ScratchLotto reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.


CAUTION:

ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE AND/OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE ScratchLotto RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

No responsibility is assumed by ScratchLotto, or Sponsors for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of ScratchLotto and will not be returned to entrant.


LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:

ScratchLotto is not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, regardless of cause by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in ScratchLotto.
ScratchLotto assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of, entries. ScratchLotto is not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond the control of ScratchLotto which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this contest, ScratchLotto reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest.
